Refer the below clue:
Tengok iklan... average sewa berapa?... let say RM500. So, that RM500 multiply with 220 = RM110,00.00. But dont buy yet, the price that you should buy is 85% from RM110,00.00. So, it means RM110,000.00 X 85% = RM93500.00.
If you want to sell you property = RM110,000.00
If you want to buy = RM93,500.00
